I changed the destinations a bit for probably the final time. I changed their fonts to better ones to make them more realistic (particularly the flip-dot displays) and also changed the SD202 display to flip-dot instead of LED.

Today I made the first of the bus repaints. As Toxsick Labs essentially made the Regio in Ostseebus livery but just changed the name, I carried on the theme by doing the city bus version of Ostseebus' livery but changed the name and details to match the Regio's. Here is pretty much the final product for the X3 Evo, but I might tweak the shade of blue some.

I spent a long time trying to get this right. The blue swoops on the sides still aren't quite perfect, but it's surprisingly difficult to do, so I'm leaving it at that.
I also spent quite a while on the seat textures, adapted and reworked them from a photograph into a very good texture which also tiles properly.

I was going to do a regio bus usedom reskin for the X3 Evo, but I don't think i'll bother. You do the repaints & i'll carry on with the timetable

I'm not releasing each bus as I finish it, I'm doing them all then releasing them at the same time.

Just finished messing around with the IC40HF's destinations. Now all I have to do is add another few destinations to the SD202 and LF260 ready for the changed routes in the patch, then finish the main body liveries.

Too bad you cant release them one at a time

Unfortunately, due to this bus being an American design, the license plates do not fit in the space (plus the front space cannot be skinned as it is) so I've had to improvise. I might decide to make a plate to sit on top of the front bumper before release so that it can look better, but depends if I get round to it or not.

A unique feature of this bus I've been working on is the destinations... I removed the destination display so the bus now uses destination boards placed in the windscreen/windshield. They are fully functioning and change when you use the normal keys to change the destination. They also slightly move position, as you would not remove a board and put one back in exactly the same position. You can see both sides of the boards, and also they lean against the dashboard realistically. Now of course, you would not have a board for being "Not In Service" / "Dienstfahrt", you would simply remove the board and drive with no board up. The same would be for some other tasks... for example, you usually wouldn't have a board for a "special service" / "sonderfahrt" or private hire, etc. This is also reflected. You have two slots that don't show a board, one for "Dienstfahrt" (not in service) which will not allow passengers on, and another for "Dienst" (in service) which will allow passengers on, for times when there is no board available. Sorry if the German names are incorrect or don't make sense, please let me know if this is the case. Now, onto some pictures of some (there are a few more than this):

Should not be long until I finish the other buses, they are a bit more straightforward than this one because I spent time editing it to do this.

Oh, and they'll all have the additional destination "99 Ringbahn" - this is for the Demomap route.
